How to use it
- Add your logo and business details.
- Enter the customer and a quotation number.
- Set the issue date and the valid-until date.
- Add the items with quantity and rate, plus any discount or tax.
- Preview the A4 page, then download it as PDF, CSV or PNG.
How it calculates
Each line’s amount is its quantity multiplied by its rate, and the subtotal is the sum of the lines. Sums are done in whole paisa (or pence or cents), so the figures add up exactly. The total is written in words using lakh and crore for PKR, and thousand, million and billion for GBP, EUR, USD and AED.
A quotation is calculated exactly like an invoice, so the figures you quote are the figures the invoice will show if nothing changes. The valid-until date does not affect the arithmetic; it tells the customer how long the price holds.
In the example above, the lines work out as 500 × 85 = 42,500.00; 1 × 6,000 = 6,000.00. The subtotal is 48,500.00. With 18% sales tax of 8,730.00 the total is 57,230.00, written as “Fifty seven thousand two hundred and thirty rupees only”.
Who should use it
- Small businesses quoting jobs or goods before an order
- Contractors, printers, workshops and traders who quote by item

Who should not use this

- Projects priced by long, formal tender documents
- Businesses that need quotes tracked and converted inside accounting software
