Baseer Tools is an independent project that makes free, practical document generators. They are built around the details that matter in Pakistan: NTN and STRN on an invoice, amounts written in lakh and crore, and layouts that match how local businesses actually work.

Baseer Tools is built and maintained by Abdul Baseer. You can reach him through the contact page.
How the tools are built
- Private by design. Everything is calculated and drawn in your browser. Your figures and client details are not sent to a server.
- No sign-up and no watermark. You can use every tool and download the result without an account.
- Honest about limits. Each tool page says who should not use it and what it does not handle, so you can decide quickly whether it fits.
- Real files. PDFs contain selectable text rather than a picture of the page, and sheet exports contain the line items so you can keep editing them.
What these tools are not
They create documents from the information you type. They do not give legal, tax or accounting advice, they do not file anything with any authority, and they cannot check that your figures are right. See the disclaimer.
Corrections
If a calculation looks wrong, please tell us. Corrections to a tool’s arithmetic are treated as the highest priority. Use Report an error in a calculation.
