This page describes what the site does today. If that changes, for example if analytics or advertising is added, this page will be updated before it does.
What stays on your device
The document tools run entirely in your browser. The text, figures, client details and logo you enter are used to draw the preview and the PDF, sheet or image on your own device. They are not sent to Baseer Tools.
What is saved in your browser
- Business profile. Your business name, address, contact details, NTN, STRN, brand colour, currency and logo, so the next document is quicker. Saved only after you start your own document (not for the example).
- Last document number for each tool, so it can suggest the next one.
- Theme choice (light or dark).
This is kept in your browser’s local storage on your device. Each tool page has a “Forget saved details” button that removes the profile, logo and numbers. Clearing your browser’s site data removes everything.
What we do not do
- No accounts, and no sign-up.
- No advertising and no analytics or tracking scripts at present.
- No cookies set by this site.
- No uploading of your documents or logo.
Links you choose to follow
The share buttons open WhatsApp or your email program only when you click them, and they carry only the link to the tool, not your document. The QR code is drawn in your browser.
Hosting
Like any website, requests for pages are handled by the hosting provider, which may keep standard technical logs such as IP address, time and page requested. We do not add anything to those logs and we do not receive the content of your documents.
