Prayer timetable generator

Prints your masjid’s own times, not a formula’s: paste a month from a spreadsheet, add fixed jamaat and Jumu’ah times, and get a one-page A4 timetable with your logo.

In short

A prayer timetable lists the start time of each prayer for every day of the month. This generator takes the times your masjid already publishes, pasted or typed, and lays them out on one A4 page with your logo, jamaat times and Jumu’ah time. It does not calculate prayer times. Export PDF, sheet or image; nothing is uploaded.

How to use it

  1. Add your masjid’s logo, name and address. They are remembered in this browser.
  2. Choose the month and year, and type the city or area the times are for.
  3. Paste the month’s times from your spreadsheet, one row per day (Fajr, Sunrise, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha), or type them into the table.
  4. Enter the fixed jamaat times and the Jumu’ah time, and add a note about the method your masjid follows.
  5. Check the A4 preview, then download the PDF to print, the sheet to edit later, or the image to share.

How it calculates

Nothing is calculated. Every time is exactly what you type or paste, and the tool only lays them out: one row per day, six times per row, Friday rows shaded, jamaat times in a strip above. Times without am or pm are read by column, so a bare 1:05 under Dhuhr becomes 1:05 pm and a bare 5:12 under Fajr stays 5:12 am.

In the example above, a full month is laid out with one row per day and six times per row (Fajr, Sunrise, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha). Friday rows are shaded, and five jamaat times plus the Jumu’ah time sit in a strip above the table. The sample times are made up to show the layout; yours are exactly what you type or paste.

Who should use it

  • Masjid committees that print a monthly timetable for the notice board
  • Madrasas and Islamic centres that publish times with their own logo and letterhead
  • Anyone who already has the month’s times and needs them laid out cleanly on one page

Who should not use this

  • Anyone who needs the times worked out for a place; this tool does not calculate prayer times, so take them from your masjid, a local authority or a published timetable
  • Anyone who wants times that update automatically each day; this makes a printed page for one month
  • Masjids that must follow a specific official timetable format; this uses its own layout

Limitations

  • The tool never calculates or checks prayer times. A wrong time typed in is printed as typed.
  • One month per page. Make a new timetable for each month.
  • Jamaat times are fixed for the month; they cannot change day by day.
  • The PDF is drawn with standard PDF fonts. Urdu or other non-Latin text cannot be drawn into the PDF yet; use the Image export for those.
  • Nothing is uploaded or stored on a server. Clearing your browser data also removes the saved profile.

Common questions

Does this work out the prayer times for my city?
No, on purpose. The method and Asr school change the answer by several minutes, and your masjid already follows one. You enter the times and the tool prints them.
How do I enter a whole month quickly?
Paste it from a spreadsheet, one row per day with Fajr, Sunrise, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha. Or fill in day 1 and use the button that copies it to every day, then change the days that differ.
Are my times or masjid details uploaded?
No. The timetable is built on your own device. Only your masjid details, logo, jamaat times and note are remembered, in this browser, and you can clear them with one button.
