A fee voucher tells a guardian what a student owes for the month and by when to pay it. This generator prints your logo, the student, class and roll number, each fee head, the due date and the total in words, with signature lines for the accounts office and guardian. How to use it

  1. Add your madrasa’s logo, name and contact details. They are remembered in this browser.
  2. Enter the guardian, the voucher number and the pay-by date.
  3. Fill in the student’s name, class, roll number and the fee month.
  4. Add each fee head with its amount, such as tuition, boarding or library.
  5. Check the preview, then download the PDF to print, or the sheet to keep a record.

How it calculates

Each line’s amount is its quantity multiplied by its rate, and the subtotal is the sum of the lines. Sums are done in whole paisa (or pence or cents), so the figures add up exactly. The total is written in words using lakh and crore for PKR, and thousand, million and billion for GBP, EUR, USD and AED.

Each fee head is a line of quantity times rate, and the voucher total is their sum. No tax is applied. Late fees are not calculated; print your own late-fee rule in the rules box.

In the example above, the lines work out as 1 × 3,000 = 3,000.00; 1 × 6,500 = 6,500.00; 1 × 500 = 500.00. The subtotal is 10,000.00. The total is 10,000.00, written as “Ten thousand rupees only”.

Who should use it

  • Madrasas and small schools that issue monthly fee slips by hand
  • Accounts staff who want a consistent voucher with the amount written in words
  • Institutions that need the guardian’s signature and a paid copy for their file

Who should not use this

  • Large institutions that need batch printing for hundreds of students at once; this makes one voucher at a time
  • Anyone who needs fee dues tracked across months or reminders sent; this makes documents, not a fee ledger
  • Institutions that must collect fees only through a bank-issued challan format

Limitations

  • One voucher is made at a time. There is no batch or class-wide output yet.
  • The tool does not track what has been paid or calculate late fees.
  • The PDF is drawn with standard PDF fonts. Urdu or other non-Latin text cannot be drawn into the PDF yet; use the Image export for those.
  • Nothing is uploaded or stored on a server. Clearing your browser data also removes the saved profile.

Common questions

Can I make vouchers for many students quickly?
Your institution’s details and logo are remembered, so each new voucher needs only the student and fee details. There is no bulk mode yet.
Does it calculate late fees?
No. Type your late-fee rule into the rules box and it is printed on the voucher. The total is only the fee heads you list.
Is student information stored anywhere?
No. Nothing you type about a student is uploaded. Only your institution’s profile and logo are remembered, in this browser.
