How to use it
- Add your logo and business details.
- Enter the receiver, the challan number and the dispatch date.
- Add the vehicle number and the driver’s name and phone.
- List each item and its quantity. No prices are printed.
- Download the PDF to print in duplicate, or the CSV to keep a record.
How it calculates
Quantities are printed exactly as typed. The CSV export lists the same items, so a dispatch register can be kept in a spreadsheet.
In the example above, 2 lines are listed with quantities only: 12 × cotton lawn rolls — 60s count, bleached white, 4 × packing cartons. No prices are printed or totalled.
Who should use it
- Traders and factories who send goods before invoicing
- Anyone moving goods by their own vehicle or a hired one who needs a signed handover
- Businesses that want the receiver to sign for a count of items
Who should not use this
- Anyone who needs a sales tax invoice — a challan is not one
- Movements that require a specific government form or permit; check the requirement that applies to you
- Anyone who needs electronic tracking of the vehicle or shipment
Limitations
- A challan shows what you dispatched, not what was received. The signed copy is the proof.
- This tool does not check whether any particular authority requires a different layout.
- Nothing is uploaded or stored on a server. Clearing your browser data also removes the saved profile.
