In short

100 days from today is the date you get by adding 100 days to today’s date. For example, 100 days after Monday, January 11, 2027 is Wednesday, April 21, 2027. How do you calculate 100 days from today?

100 days are counted in calendar days, with today as day 0. The calculator adds 100 days to the start date (today unless you change it), or subtracts it in “before” mode, using plain Gregorian calendar dates with no time zone. Working days are weekdays that are not US federal holidays, counted after the start date up to and including the end date. Federal holidays use the observed date, so a Saturday holiday is observed on Friday and a Sunday holiday on Monday. If the result falls on a weekend or a federal holiday, the next working day is shown too. Employer, state and bank holidays are not included.

For example, 100 days after Monday, January 11, 2027: 100 days is 14 weeks and 2 days, so the weekday moves 2 days and the date is Wednesday, April 21, 2027. Of the 100 days after the start, 72 are weekdays and 2 of those weekdays are federal holidays, which leaves 70 working days. The dates are made up for the example; yours start from today or from the date you enter.

Who should use the 100 days from today calculator

  • New hires and managers planning a first 100 days
  • Anyone running a 100-day challenge
  • Teams setting a 100-day goal

Who should not use this

  • Anyone who needs a legal deadline, since courts and contracts have their own counting rules
  • Anyone who needs a state, employer or bank holiday list; only US federal holidays are built in

Limitations

  • Dates are plain calendar days with no time zone, and the start date is not counted as day 1.

  • A contract, notice or court rule may count days differently; check the wording that applies to you.
  • Results are calendar arithmetic, not legal advice.
  • Nothing is uploaded or stored on a server. Clearing your browser data also removes the saved profile.

What is 100 days used for?

100 days comes up in payroll, HR, benefits and everyday deadlines. The length is the same each time, but the rule around it is not, so check which one applies to you.

  • A first-100-days plan for a new hire or manager, with a review on the date you land on.
  • A 100-day challenge, habit streak or training program, where the last day is the date to put in the calendar.
  • A 100-day goal for a business, a savings target or a launch, checked at the end of the period.
  • A 100-day look at a project or a new process before deciding whether to keep it.
Watch the count. Day 100 depends on whether you call the start day 1 or day 0. This page counts today as day 0, so the 100th day after it is the date shown; if your challenge counts the first day as day 1, the last day is one day earlier.

How many paydays fall in 100 days?

A span of 100 days holds 14 or 15 weekly paydays and 7 or 8 biweekly paydays, depending on which weekday and week your pay cycle falls on. For semi-monthly pay (the 15th and the last day) expect about 7 paydays. Because the span is not a whole number of pay periods, one start date can have one payday more than another.

Can you add the date to a calendar or print it?

Yes. After you calculate, “Add to calendar” downloads an all-day .ics event that opens in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook. “Copy link” saves your start date and number in the address, and “Print” gives a clean one-page sheet with the table. Nothing you enter leaves your device.
